Community Development Projects:

ICA Nepal has timely launched human development projects from its own source of income. ICA Nepal generates resources through training and facilitation, publications, overhead of different projects, and individual donors.

Some Major Community Development Projects:

•  Empowering Rural Communities through a Saving and Credit Programme

With the financial support of the Rabobank Foundation, Netherland, a project entitled “Micro Credit and Saving Program in Five Districts of Parbat District” was completed. The project emphasized on the up-liftment of the socio economic status of deprived women through income generation. Out of the three hundred target people especially women, two hundred and fifty received credit from this project and utilized the funds for various income generating activities like buying sewing machine and animal rearing.
