A Decade of Transformation in Nepal I am thankful and pleased to acknowledge the support of everyone who has enabled us to expand our activities all over the country in the past 10 years. Since the inception of ICA Nepal, it has focused on training and community development transforming ICA as one of the Leading organizations in Nepal. I these past years, ICA Nepal have been able to expand its activities in 10 districts with some work in more than 54 districts. Many donor organizations and generous people have enabled us to reach to this position. In the last decade, many things have changed nationally We have seen huge political upheavals in the nation. Along with the development of ICA in Nepal, the country was also in the midst of conflict. During the ten year long conflict, the presence of government was minimal in villages; hence this role was catered by NGOs who changed their strategy to implement their plan differently. Thanks to the efforts of all the civil society organizations and there who made Possible of overthrowing autocratic regime and establishing democratic governance. We feel that ICA has also played an important role in this transformation process. By training thousands of people and providing services to hundreds of villages in various parts of the Country, ICA has enabled ordinary people to raise their voices for transformation. ICA will continue this role in future and expects cooperation of all our partners in the endeavor of transforming societies in future as well.
